We DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final. If you received the wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair. Once an order is placed and processed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making your purchase.
Federal law states you cannot return human hair/lashes products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost.
Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed or bleach hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom wigs, lace wigs or 360 lace frontals.
Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages.
Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website and PayPal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON THE INVOICE. Any orders over $500 will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.

Shipping Policy- We thank you for your support. We are not responsible for the order once it has been shipped & in the care of USPS. All orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends. Orders shipped with standard shipping are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code. We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package.
