We DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final. If you received the wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair. Once an order is placed and processed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making your purchase.

Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.

In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost. 

Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed or bleach hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom wigs, lace wigs or 360 lace frontals.

Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages.

Unconfirmed Addresses
Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website and PayPal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON THE INVOICE. Any orders over $300 will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.

Clothing, Footwear & Accessories: 

Items purchased from A1 Obessions are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving. 


All customers are responsible for shipping their returns back to us! Please provide a tracking number with your return. If you choose not to provide tracking we are NOT responsible for lost packages.


  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. (Including delivery day)
  • Items received after 14 days will NOT be credited. (If a package is delayed during delivery it is your responsibility to immediately contact us about your situation so we may assist you)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.
  • If any item is delivered damaged you have 48 Hours to contact us for assistance. (It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damaged items upon opening the package once it’s delivered)
  • Returns are processed within 10 days of the packaged invoice.
